By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information depending on how you interact with the Service.
Information you provide directly:
Account and authentication data:
Third-party advertising platform data:
When you connect an advertising account to our tools, we collect and store the following through authorized API integrations:
Usage and technical data:
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
If we intend to use your information for a purpose not listed here, we will seek your consent before doing so.
3. Third-Party Integrations
Meta Platforms
Our tools integrate with the Meta Ads API to retrieve advertising data from accounts you authorize. When you connect your Meta advertising account, you grant PPCVERSE permission to access that account's data on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you approve.
PPCVERSE is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Meta's services is subject to Meta's own terms of service and privacy policy.
Meta access tokens are stored securely and used solely to make authorized API requests on your behalf. You may revoke our access at any time through your Meta account settings. Revoking access will invalidate the stored token and will disable the functionality of any connected tools.
Our access to and use of information received from the Meta Ads API is subject to and bound by Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including any applicable Limited Use requirements. We do not use Meta Platform Data to build, augment, or supplement any user profile, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the analytics features of our own tools. Meta Platform Data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes outside of the Service.
Other advertising platforms
We may in the future integrate with additional advertising platforms. Where we do, this Policy will be updated to reflect the nature of those integrations and the data involved.
AI-Powered Insights
Our AI Insights tool uses a third-party AI provider to analyze performance data from your connected advertising accounts and generate written analysis at your request. Only the specific data needed to answer your selected question, such as ad names and performance metrics, is sent for this purpose; we never send your login credentials or access tokens for any connected advertising platform. By default, this provider does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. AI-generated analysis is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
AI Client Integrations via MCP
Our Service supports an optional feature that allows you to connect a third-party AI assistant — such as Claude by Anthropic, PBC, or other compatible AI clients — directly to our Service using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This is a distinct integration from the AI Insights feature described above and involves a different data flow.
To use this feature, you generate a personal MCP access token in your account settings and provide it to the AI client of your choice. When you initiate a conversation with that AI client and it calls our Service, your advertising data is transmitted to the AI provider operating that client in order to fulfill your request. This transmission is directed and initiated entirely by you.
Because you choose which AI provider to connect and you hold the access token that authorizes it, PPCVERSE acts as a conduit in this flow rather than as the party deciding to share your data. However, you should be aware that:
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information or your advertising account data to third parties.
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors and infrastructure providers who assist us in operating the Service, including hosting providers, database services, and analytics tools. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to protect it appropriately.
Advertising platform APIs: When you connect an advertising account, data is transmitted to and from that platform's API (such as Meta's API) solely to fulfill your requests within the tool. This transmission is authorized by you at the point of connection.
AI providers (user-directed): When you enable an MCP integration and connect a third-party AI client, your advertising data is transmitted to the AI provider operating that client at your instruction. This sharing is initiated by you and occurs only when you actively use the integration. It is governed by the AI provider's own terms and privacy policy, not by our agreements with our service providers. See Section 3 for further detail.
Analytics: We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service. Analytics providers may receive usage and technical data as described in Section 1.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PPCVERSE, our users, or others.
Enforcement: We may disclose your information to enforce our Terms and Conditions or to respond to claims that your use of the Service violates any third-party rights.
Business transfers: If PPCVERSE is merged, acquired, or its assets are transferred to another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
5. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country of residence. By using our services, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing. Where required by applicable law, we take steps designed to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
Specifically:
7. Account Closure and Data Deletion
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at . Upon receiving your request we will:
You may also disconnect individual advertising accounts from within the tool at any time, which will result in the deletion of the associated access token and cessation of any further data retrieval from that account. Similarly, you may revoke individual MCP access tokens at any time through your account settings without closing your account.
8. Your Rights
Depending on the laws applicable to you, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at . We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect service-related communications.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. This includes encrypted storage of advertising platform access tokens, the storage of MCP access tokens exclusively as one-way cryptographic hashes, and the use of secure connections for data transmission.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you transmit data to us at your own risk. If you believe your account or any access token has been compromised, contact us immediately at and revoke the affected token through your account settings.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Service. For full details on how we use these technologies and your choices in relation to them, please refer to our Cookie Policy at ppcverse.com/cookie-policy.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
